Here are the ingredients I used to make an Asian Salad. Measurements are approximate.
Broccoli Slaw
Spinach
Shrimp
Soy Vay
Toasted sesame seeds
Dressing:
Olive Oil (about 2 TBSPs)
Toasted Sesame Oil (about 1 tsp.)
Chili Garlic Sauce (about 1/2 tsp.)
Soy Sauce (about 2 teaspoons)
Rice Wine Vinegar (about 1 TBSP)
Coriander (a couple dashes)
Ginger (fresh grated or or ground to taste)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Marinade desired amount of shrimp in enough Soy Vay to cover. Heat a skillet up on medium to medium-high heat. Toss the shrimp, and saute until fully cooked.
In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients except for the Olive oil. While whisking, slowly drizzle in the oil.
Toss together spinach, broccoli slaw and dressing. Plate, and then top with shrimp and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
