Salad du Jour

I took the rest of the sundried tomato pesto that Brian made for the panini the other night, and mixed it with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil to make a dressing. To that we had:

Spinach
Olive
Sundried tomato
Onion
Green Bell Pepper
Feta Cheese

Brian made a Sundried Tomato Cannelli bean dip to go with it (which I wish he'd write down because it was really good!).

We were sundried tomato'n it and loved it!
