Because I have not been wanting to spend much money, I've been getting a little more creative with frugal foods. I actually made this pizza before we went to Washington, D.C. at the end of May.
I had leftover spinach and artichoke dip, and I used that as the sauce (It was a fairly creamy dip). And then I topped with what veggies we had around (tomatoes, spinach, bell peppers) and pinenuts, feta. Surprisingly, it was very good!
