Curry Catsup

Brian always said he never liked sweet potatoes (until he had mine at Thanksgiving). Now, he and I are loving Alexia Sweet Potato Fries (yeah, I could make my own, but how easy is it to open a bag, dump a bunch on a cookie sheet, and bake for 20 minutes?). To go along with it, I can't just serve plain old ketchup. So I make Curry Catsup. I use Heinz, which is now spelled ketchup (for discussion on the spelling, see World Wide Words).


Curry Catsup

1/4 cup prepared Catsup
1/2 tsp curry powder

Whisk catsup with curry powder. Can serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour or so to intensify flavors.
