More Pizzas

Here's a couple of pizzas I have made before:

This pizza is a shrimp, green olive, grilled onion, and feta. I usually saute the shrimp a little bit first (Brian's idea) just to make sure it cooks fully on the pizza.

This pizza had pesto sauce instead of a tomato sauce. It was topped with kalamata olives, grilled onion, green bell pepper, sliced tomatoes, and feta cheese.

With both of these pizzas I still used a mozzerella to get the toppings to stick. Feta is more like a garnish. I always top with parmigiano-reggiano.

Oil olive is also a good substitute instead of red sauce...mainly because the pesto sauce would make me dead, dead, dead. Or at least swollen up like a blowfish :) Anyhoo, the EVOO (snickers) makes a nice and light pizza....yummy.
